Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential.
• You're responsible for activity that happens under your account. Contact us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Teacher accounts are only issued to instructors invited directly by Pastel — creating one without authorization is a violation of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or another user's account.

Content & feedback

Homework, placement-test writing samples, and other work you submit remain yours, but you grant your teacher and Pastel the right to review it in order to give feedback and track your progress. Course materials, podcasts, grammar explanations, and practice exercises provided on the platform are the property of Pastel Language School and are provided for your personal learning use only.

Ending your account

You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting us at [contact email]. We may suspend or deactivate an account that violates these terms, or [placeholder — any policy on non-payment leading to suspension].
